Reception is not in the front of the building. From the road have to walk down the ramp ***** the semi basement parking lot. Phone signal very poor. Power quality also needs to be improved - device charging takes almost three times more.

On the 1st and 4th day of stay there was repair work going on ceiling and adjoining room , taking rest was impossible, there was shouting going on on same floor at 0100 hrs in night. The location of the hotel is also very inside, cabs are unable to reach the spot in evening, for a few hours extra stay I was asked Rs1000 to pay which I did ..

The location was decent and easy to find. I really liked the service, and amenities like the AC and hot water were working perfectly, which helped us relax. However, the linen had a slight odor. Overall, for a three-star hotel, it was a good choice for a short stay. The staff was helpful, and all the necessary amenities were provided.

The hotel is clean and near the railway station. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. Overall a really good stay.

Everything was good. Location is at the centre of the city. Rooms are spacious. Food is aloes good. .

Got the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a "aloo pyaaz" shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.
